(41:39) Paroh is looking for some smart people to run the operation to make sure that there is enough food to get them through the good and bad years. After a bit of discussion he realizes that there is none as wise as Yosef, the one who H' instructs....We can't even find somebody who is wise enough to cater a shule luncheon. The last community meal we were all starving. The whole place ended up eating geffilte fish. Why? Because the salmon ran out in a minute...Nobody rationing....

How do we elect those who will be the leaders and live our vision? Usually it is based on low salary. That is how you chose your rabbi. That is also the reason why there wasn't enough food for the luncheon...Budget...Who took the $50 a plate money? This is why you do not have poor people working the events here...The Carols just put a down-payment on their house.
