Who here has even seen Gd's Back? What have you seen? We saw a kid yelling in the middle of the silent prayers today...Moshe saw Gd's back (33:23). That is the closest man can come to seeing Gd. H' even cared enough to shield Moshe's eyes, as man cannot see Gd's face and live. And nobody shielded my eyes from seeing Mrs. Zwartzman's dress last week. I don't even know what to call it. It would have been better if it covered...I almost died. Children were crying...95 years old...
(33:17) All because Moshe found favor in H's eyes, and H' knew Moshe by name...Does anybody in this congregation know Frank? He is knew to our congregation...Because you don't care. I am not saying that Frank deserves favor. He can't read Hebrew yet...
Point is to start caring for others. Only then can we be a G-dly people. You have all found very little favor in my eyes. You have not deserved it...giving this speech showing you my back side...
It is when we connect in this way of favor, that we do not show up to shule with blinding outfits.
