So nobody came out for Tikun Layla Shavuot. The night of Shavuot that we use to do repentance for not being ready for the receiving of the Torah the following morning...Bernie. I am not saying you are old. I know you weren't living in the time of Moshe. But we are a nation. We fell asleep before receiving of the Torah. And now, the whole left side of the shul is sleeping. This is my sermon. Frank. Wake up!!!...

Layl means night. You can't do it during the day....You can't have a nightmare in the daytime. That would be a daymare. 

(7:12-83) The leaders of the tribes bring sacrifices. That is how they take on their leadership. They come out for the inauguration of the Mishkan. They do not skip the inauguration and sleep through it. When they worked at the 

Meal offering, then Elevation offering, then sin offering, then feast peace offering. Praise H,' then ask for forgiveness, then you make peace. I don't what the meal offering is doing in the beginning, before the Elevation offering. Maybe they are hungry and you have to eat before you can do anything else. It is the everything else the people in this congregation don't do. You eat the meal, but you offer nothing. Absolutely nothing. No elevation. You sin, but you don't repent for it. And there is no peace, especially when one person shows up for the Shavuot night learning program...

That was the dedication of the Tabernacle. The leaders of the tribes were dedicated to it.

The leaders of the tribes showed up to give their offerings. Not like the congregation that sleeps when they have to learn, and is awake for every local sporting event...
